Job Scope:

• Act as a 180-degree Recruitment Consultant, delivering high-quality recruitment services to our client.
• Source, attract, and build a strong candidate network, especially in the FMCG industry, through networking, social media, sourcing tools, etc.
• Proactively engage and recruit passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies, cold calling, and headhunting.
• Provide career consultation and guidance to candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Support and advise hiring managers in candidate assessment, negotiation, and closing the right talent.
• Manage candidate databases and update recruitment reports as required by the client.

Required skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• At least 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven track record and passion for recruitment, especially in the FMCG sector is a plus.
• Strong candidate management, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, growth mindset with excellent time management and planning skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written & verbal).
