About the Role
We’re expanding our team in Ho Chi Minh City and looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a focus on business development. In this role, you will primarily drive new business acquisition and manage client relationships, while also handling recruitment responsibilities in a smaller capacity. You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses in a variety of industries, helping them solve their talent challenges and providing top-tier candidates for key roles.
What You’ll Do
Business Development (70%)
• Drive the growth of Adecco’s client portfolio by identifying, targeting, and engaging new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients in key industries such as Industrial, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Technology, FMCG,…
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their talent needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms, closing new business deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive revenue growth and contribute to achieving business goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and position Adecco as the recruitment partner of choice.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights, proactively identifying opportunities to add value for clients and candidates.
Recruitment Responsibilities (30%)
• Performing a 180-degree role by providing excellent customer service and superior candidate profiles.
• Source suitable candidates by getting to know key players in your industry and building strong professional networks.
• Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, using sourcing strategies, cold calling, and networking tools.
• Provide consultation to a large network of candidates with both immediate and long-term career needs.
• Provide counsel to hiring managers during the assessment and evaluation of candidates, act as the primary negotiator and closer of selected candidates.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years relevant work experience
• Are an ambitious, sales-driven professional with a passion for business development.
• Have experience in a business development, sales, or recruitment role, with a focus on building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Are confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and are able to present confidently to both clients and candidates
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset to drive success.
