Job Description
I. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and manage sales data
- Conduct market research and seek for new suppliers
- Conduct off-site visit and supervise loading/unloading activities
- Customer relationship management
- Scheduling customer meetings and sales appointments
- Developing and supporting sales materials
- Supporting the sales team
- Coordinate projects and sales activities
- Handling ad hoc assignments as required
II. REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years sales background, proven work experience as a Sales support associate
- Good English communication
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks/orders/relationships
**Experience in lubricants, polymer sales is an advantage
