About the Assignment:
The Market Sales Enablement Support Specialist is the go-to person for all non-regional, and bespoke to market, Sales Enablement initiatives. They will work directly with the in-Market Leadership team across multiple verticals to align regional Sales Enablement Goals within-Market realities and needs.
They will aim to ensure the Grab sales team is equipped with the right tools, training, and localised content at any stage of the ever-changing customer lifecycle.
The Core Objectives:
- Partner with local & regional internal teams such to build content, collateral, workshops &
training. - Deliver this content & training in local language, creating a two way feedback loop between
local field teams and regional teams - Voice local needs in weekly team meetings with the Regional Sales Enablement Team and
work through a prioritization matrix to meet local and regional enablement goals - Drive local teams’ adoption & execution on Grab’s Sales Enablement platform
Essential Experience / Criteria:
- Content creation & design [presentation Slides, One-pagers, infographics]
- Ability to deliver trainings & presentation skills
- Business level proficiency for local language
Desirable Experience / Criteria:
- Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, canva, video editing tools)
- Project Management skills
- Product Marketing or Operations experience
