Job Description
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of outsourcing services such as HR operations, payroll and compliance to
ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure outsourcing services are compliant with internal policies, client SLAs, and relevant
regulations.
- Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize current service delivery and efficiency.
- Work closely with the business development to ensure alignment between sales, implementation,
and operations.
- Monitor and manage operational costs, ensuring profitability of the outsourcing services.
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and team KPIs.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for outsourcing clients.
- Address client concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor service delivery accordingly.
3. People & Performance Development
- Interpret and implement business strategy into clear, challenging, and achievable business plans
and objectives.
- Lead, guide, and develop the team to meet the organization's expectations for productivity,
quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment, ensuring that the business’
operations & services are maintained and enhanced in accordance with Adecco’s standards and
contractual obligation
Your PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in HR outsourcing or a related business.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering client-focused outsourcing services.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and compliance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Location: 14th Floor, E.town Central Building, No. 11 Doan Van Bo, Ward 12, District 4, Ho Chi Minh
Working time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
