Job Description
We are currently supporting our Client - a leading global retailer known for its iconic apparel brands, including Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Athleta, and Intermix to seek for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Salary: 23,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND Gross/Month
Contract type: 12 months
Working location: iTower Building - 49 Pham Ngoc Thanh, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC
Working time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon - Fri (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition (TA) team members to deeply understand role requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
- Support all brands & functions in India and other APAC locations to proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and other professional networks.
- Conduct thorough CV screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage with passive candidates effectively.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive hiring practices, and talent acquisition innovations to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by fostering relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners, Compensations, Rewards and Operations to ensure consistent and aligned talent acquisition process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools and techniques
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates through various online channels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in challenging hiring scenarios.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
