Position Overview
- Job Title: Assistant to General Director
- Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai, Vietnam
- Working Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Based on business requirements)
- Commuting Support: Shuttle bus provided
- Reporting to: General Director
Responsibilities
- Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the General Director.
- Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and task tracking to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain important reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on task progress and deadlines across different departments.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between the General Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Frequent Business Travel & Logistics Management
- Plan and manage travel itineraries, flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation for business trips.
- Accompany the General Director on frequent domestic and international trips.
- Ensure all necessary documents and materials are prepared before meetings and events.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the General Director and department heads, suppliers, and external partners.
- Summarize key meeting points, follow up on action items, and report progress.
- Assist in drafting emails, reports, and business correspondence in English and Vietnamese.
- Project & Business Support
- Support in tracking business operations, ensuring timely execution of plans.
- Keep records and provide insights for decision-making based on data tracking and reporting.
- Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism.
Key Requirements
- Experience & Industry Background
- 4️+ years of experience as an Assistant to General Director, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience in administrative tasks, business tracking, and executive support is required.
- Prior knowledge of Aquafeed, Aquaculture, or relevant industries is a plus.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong administrative and organizational skills – Must be detail-oriented, excellent at tracking tasks, and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills – Able to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive & sharp – A quick thinker who can anticipate needs and provide solutions before being asked.
- Fluent in English (Advanced level) – Able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Work Flexibility
- Willing to travel frequently for business trips.
- Flexible working hours based on business and General Director‘s schedule.
