Job Description
Responsibilities:
Operate Brand Kiehl’s & Lancome on Tiktokshop platform to deliver business expectations
- Track & manage sales performance to ensure to reach the target: monthly, quarterly & yearly
- Plan and optimize sales & investment for self-operated revenue & affiliate revenue
- Ensures online brand presence by cooperating with: OBM & brand team for merchandising and online activities & Media team for media strategy
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure stock availability by following up with the forecast & keep updating with selling trend
- Work with enabler agency to make sure excellence in operation
- Analyze daily traffic, conversion rate, revenue to adjust promotion and coordinate with livestream team & media team to have a prompt action plan
- Implement onsite promotion, optimize promotion budget
- Identifying customer’s pain points, opportunity analysis, result analysis, and suggesting actionable solutions
KPIs: revenue, traffic, CR, AOV, speed-to-market, brand’s livestream productivity performance, affiliate reach & performance
Requiements:
- University degree
- Digital savvy, deep understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok (Livestreaming experience is a plus)
- Very good in teamwork & self-motivated
- Good communication
- Strong negotiation.
- Business driven mindset to drive sales growth.
- Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
- Working experiences in e-commerce at least 2 years
- Good English communication.
