Responsibilties 

• Guarantee the machine maintenance activities in the factory can be fully executed as planned; 

• Guarantee the machine maintenance activities in the factory can be fully executed as planned; 

• Guarantee to prepare ready machines based on production demand or model change asking; 

• Guarantee to participate in equipment improvement work (safety, quality, efficiency, energy)  

• Guarantee to comply with the Safety regulations and contribute to building a Safety Culture in working area; 

• Guarantee to comply with the company regulations; 

• Guarantee to promote and enhance the skills of staffs are well done; 

• 100% complete of the work as assigned by the direct leader and superior; 

• Coordinate with production to ensure stable and safe operation of equipment, estimate the machine when changing model  

• Manage maintenance staff and promote employee skill development, make training plan for cadres at all levels  

• Leading department to promote the equipment improvement work and implement company policies, departmental goals, coordinate related department to complete work together; 

• Manage parts and equipment, improve the highest value for equipment 

• Communicate with departments to handle related issues, fostering subordinates‘ ability to communicate with relevant department. 

• Tracking the progress of the department‘s work and review reports ,application system to improve work. 

• Creative management, leading department to promote the equipment improvement work  

• Cooperate with the policies of Energy department and Safety department, control the energy consumption of equipment, protect the ecological environment and ensure the safety of staffs at work 

Qualifications 

• Minimum requirement: Technical school of Electricity or Sewing repairing  

• At least 2 years working experience in electric maintenance or sewing repairing  

• Language: Chinese (must have) & English (nice to have) 

• Computer: use Office software  

• Basic knowledge of EM department system requirements & basic Lean tools (7 wastes, unity of members, problem analysis (PDCA), quality management, Kaizen activitie...)  

• Understand safety, health & environmental requirements, work management system and personnel management system, company rules, procedures & policies 
• Skills to synthesize & analyze data, solve and give decision based on data
