Responsibilities
We are currently seeking for an Office Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks. In this role, he/she will provide supports for office smooth operation and employee efficiency in the following areas:
- Office reception
- Office and Admin suppliers’ management, including stationary, office supplies, cleaning vendors, and office building management coordination for visitors/ good receivers/ new hire parking/ emtrance cards
- Company van, courier, travel arrangement (air ticket/ hotels bookings) and vendor management.
- Office daily maintenance and EHS support.
- Employee related events and activities support.
- Document filing management
- Ad hoc Admin and office employee supports per request from HR Manager/ Managing Director.
Requirements
- Office Administration experience is preferred
- Excellent MS Office, English Skills
- Detail and Customer-orientation and high sense of responsibility
- Results Orientation and operationally strong, esp details attentive
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team work spirit and take initiative; be able to work independently
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment with excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to handle multi-tasks.
