Job Description
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all incoming calls are received within three rings and transferred to the proper person or taken notes appropriately
- Welcome warmly and guide the guests thoughtfully.
- Produce call report and update telephone list in the office monthly
- Ensure all correspondence received by receptionist to be carried out accurately, timely and controlled effectively
- Arrange meeting room as requested
- Generally supervise situations of order, hygiene, working facilities in concerned office areas
- Remind and supervise daily tasks of security guards and cleaners at the reception area
- Understand and follow strictly visitor policy to cooperate with security team issue correct access card to suitable customer
- Using internal P2P system to process & follow up payment from Office Service
- Support other departments in welcoming guests or in organizing events, etc. as necessary
- To assist other colleagues and carry out tasks appointed by direct supervisor
- Perform other task as appropriate within competence as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
- REQUIREMENT
- English level intermediate
- Can use MS Office
- Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30, Mon – Sat
- Experience in administrative job is a plus
