Job Description
Industry: Tire Sales – focus in 2 wheels
Working Conditions: Head Office, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City (Works in a standard office environment, travel as business required)
Responsibility:
- Following orders and debt of each distributor in area responsibilities.
- Keeping list of distributors, including details information about distributors, representatives. As well as prepare and keep distributor contracts.
- Checking and visiting distributors at least 2 times/month.
- Implement take care distributors activities with each distributor.
- Following the put-in, put-out and returns tyre of distributors.
- Support distributors to implement company regulations.
- Implement promotion programs to distributors.
- Following turnover of each distributor, give advice about measures to help distributors increase and achieve turnover target.
- Collecting information about customer and competitors.
- Search and replace the distributor in area responsibility.
- Making daily sales report and summary turnover bonus at the end of the month.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
- 3 years or above of relevant experience in added value sales management by approaching customers and underlining the added value of our offer.
- Proven experience in dealing with a distributor, especially in tyre market is preffered.
- Business oriented with a technical sales background: Knowledge relating to sales and marketing management.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet…).
- Organized and planning time well.
- Fluent in English (read, written and spoken)
- Good at communication, presentation and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the company and with customer.
- Strong business sense and tyre industry expertise.
Benefits:
- Salary range: 19,000,000 gross + incentive ( target up to 4 months salary)
- 13th month salary
