Main Responsibilities:

• Support sales team to work out technical and commercial proposals.
• Handle after Sales Service for robotics (warranty, spare parts, maintenance and inspection service, installation, commissioning, training ...) and ensure customer's satisfaction.
• Support robotics sales team in product applications, marketing, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Automation/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical
• Working Experience:  2-4 years in Factory Robotic and Automation engineering (robots & machines). Prefer young and dynamics candidates.
• Relevant technical background for factory automation (machines, PLC, Inverter, Servo, robot knowledge as plus…).
• Good command of English: reading, writing and speaking.
• Good skills of computer software: AutoCAD or Inverter/Solid work, some PLC programming, …
• Frequent travels to other nearby provinces.
