About the company:

Main responsibilities:

• Statistics, tracking daily production output.
• Ensure goods are delivered to the warehouse on time as planned.
• Prepare reports and analyse on production performance and efficiency.
• Check all the RM requisitions/ supplement from production on BPM and forms.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuous production.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills.
• College/ University graduated in business administration, supply chain management or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in planning, prefer in electronic industry.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Working time: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday), plus one Saturday per month.
