Adecco's Client - L'Oréal Vietnam - is hiring an Assistant E-Key Account Manager position (6-month contract).

Overall: The A.EKAM will lead the development and implementation of strategies to grow GMV for Vichy and CeraVe on Lazada. This position requires in-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations, Lazada expertise, and familiarity with beauty brands.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Build and manage Ecommerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
• Develop plan, to achieve each brand target on platform.
• Define and implement plan cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, etc)
• Solid administration & organizational skills.
• Solid Commercial & Digital understanding and sensitivity.
• Sound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with the effective ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
• Team player – support the team objectives / sales goals.
• Reliable, energetic, proactive, punctual & able to work independently.
• Demonstrate business understanding and ability to synthesize / analyze data and generate insights.

• Knowledge of market, customer expectations and brand(s).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 YOE in Key Account, E-commerce (preferably in FMCG, Health & Beauty, or Retail industries)
• Prior experience working with Lazada
• Proficient in MS Office: especially Excel for data analytical tasks. Knowledge & experience in Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication & negotiation skill
• English: reading & writing
• Can onboard ASAP
