Job Description
We are supporting our client - a promising startup headquartered in the United States, with over three years of successful growth distributing premium furniture products primarily to the U.S. and European markets in searching for a Lead B2B Sales Executive (100% remote) with a strategic vision, strong entrepreneurial spirit, and self-driven capabilities. This individual will establish the foundation for our B2B channel and grow the B2B sales team over time.
Responsibilities
- Building the B2B Channel from the Ground Up: Create and implement processes for identifying, reaching out to, and engaging B2B partners in the U.S. market. Develop a structured lead database, leverage CRM tools, and establish clear criteria for high-quality leads.
- Comprehensive Sales Funnel Development: Strategically design each stage of the sales process, from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales support. Ensure a streamlined and effective approach across the entire funnel.
- Close Collaboration with Marketing: Partner closely with the B2B Marketing team to refine campaigns, optimize content, and enhance channel strategies to boost conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with B2B partners through consistent communication via email, video calls, and direct phone interactions, aligning with U.S. time zones. Focus on long-term engagement by delivering added value and ensuring customer retention.
- Market and Data Expansion: Actively explore new client sources, including design firms, architecture firms, and furniture retail chains. Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative outreach strategies.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and assess strategy effectiveness. Suggest process enhancements, product improvements, and pricing adjustments to optimize revenue and sales performance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, ensuring strong performance through defined KPIs and standardized workflows. Foster continuous growth and efficiency in the B2B sales team.
- Long-Term Strategic Vision: Work alongside leadership to define long-term sales objectives and strategic initiatives. Oversee the execution of sales and marketing plans to drive sustained growth.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Lead regular team meetings, review KPIs, and take ownership of sales results. Provide actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements and success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in (B2B) furniture sales. Prefer candidate familiar with U.S. market, worked with U.S. businesses or the premium product industry.
- Results-driven and have strong sales spirit.
- Have strong sense of ownership and self-discipline.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
- Prefer candidates who can work at U.S. time zone.
- Willingness to assume dual responsibilities: directly executing sales activities to achieve revenue targets while mentoring and leading the B2B team for sustainable growth.
- Demonstrated success in creating and managing effective sales funnels, including lead generation, customer engagement, and deal closures in the U.S. market.
