Adecco Client is an international manufacturing and export company specializing in premium decorative models for landscape design. Having 12 years of experience in the field, they are market leader in Russia, Europe, and the USA.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales Specialist who is open to experimenting with new strategies to drive sales and attract target customers.
Key tasks will include:
- Client base development
Proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, including companies, investors, architects, interior designers, and construction contractors
- Product presentation and sales
Delivering compelling presentations of our products, clearly communicating their value, and guiding clients toward the best solutions
- Negotiations and deal closure
Conducting meetings and negotiations with senior-level clients
Preparing and sending commercial proposals, contracts and collaboration offers
- Brand promotion
Executing email campaigns, phone consultations and in-person meetings to enhance brand awareness
Industry events participation
Building and strengthening business relationships by participating in exhibitions, forums, and conferences
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the premium segment
- Flexibility, creativity and a willingness to experiment with sales methods
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with executives and decision-makers
- English proficiency at C1 level, with confidence in international business interactions
- Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in international companies is a plus
