Job Objectives:

• The role is responsible for the daily support of the sales function.
• Responsible for overseeing sales support functions including analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities.
• Communicating sales projects to marketing, evaluating, and seeing through the completion of all marketing request forms and providing detailed information and support to ensure the success of sales and marketing together.

Areas of Duties Summary:

• Direct Marketing & Communication:

  • Maintain and communicate all direct marketing materials.
  • Send media blasts to end-users and key account sales teams.

• Sales Reporting:

  • Complete monthly and quarterly sales opportunity reports.
  • Monitor project completion for key accounts.

• Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on product lines and communicate features and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit accurate product info sheets for key accounts.

• Order Coordination & Management:

  • Coordinate orders for key accounts in collaboration with Sales and Product Managers.
  • Manage special pricing and programs for key accounts.

• Customer Service & Communication:

  • Provide information on company sales policies and procedures.
  • Send regular order status reports to the sales team.
  • Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service.

• Vendor & Account Management:

  • Complete vendor paperwork for key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in SAP.

• Project & Process Improvement:

  • Support special projects for key accounts.
  • Participate in sales meetings to establish guidelines, KPIs, and new procedures.
  • Suggest improvements to sales processes.

Job Specifications:

• 3-5 years of experience work in a similar position 
• Strong understanding on concepts of Hydraulic machines or trucks. (Graduated in technical and mechanical)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Able to conduct professional presentations and have strong convincing skills
• Self-motivated and committed
• Able to speak English and Vietnamese
